At The Homestead Corner, we strive to ensure a worry-free shopping experience by making our returns and refund procedures as clear and simple as possible.

  1. Return Window:
    You have 30 days from the purchase date to return any item. Unfortunately, returns requested after this period cannot be accepted.

  2. Return Shipping Costs:
    If your item arrives defective or damaged, we cover the return shipping fees. However, if you decide to return an item simply because you changed your mind, the cost of shipping it back will be your responsibility.

  3. Defective or Damaged Products:
    Should you receive a product that is not functioning properly or appears damaged, please notify us within 30 days. We will guide you through a no-cost return process and, once the issue is confirmed, either send a replacement or refund your purchase—including any initial shipping charges.

  4. Change of Mind Returns:
    If you decide an item isn’t right for you, it can be returned within 30 days provided it is unused and in its original packaging. For these returns, you will need to pay the shipping fee for the return. Once we inspect the item, we will refund the product price, excluding the shipping cost.

  5. Refund Process:
    After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days via your original payment method. Please note that it might take a bit longer for the refund to appear on your statement due to bank processing times.
